As I read that a phrase kept coming to mind…”you know nothing John Snow”. Whilst sad that people in a position of such significance are so ignorant they will eventually be educated by the legal process I believe. As to what we can do I believe it’s to educate one person at a time. And how we do that is asking questions. Rather than telling them facts or trying to get them to listen to podcasts or read medical papers, ask questions. And then answer them with questions. For example, are you getting your booster shot? If I may ask, why are you making that decision? Say their answer is so they can keep other people safe. You can then say, how is you getting vaccinated keeping people safe? They may say because if I get vaccinated I can’t give it to my grandma etc. You can say, did you know that the vaccine doesn’t prevent transmission? They say yes it does. Then you ask, so how come so many vaccinated people are in hospital with Covid? Etc. You get the gist. By posing questions hopefully we can get people thinking. That is what we need. We don’t want people to just switch sides. We want them to wake up and start asking questions.
Good thoughts, David. I think the answer to "how do we fix this," is that there is no political solution to this. There is no political path out of the many problems our society has manufactured for itself. We can, however, do what Paul says in II Corinthians 6:14-18 and stop being invested in and "yoked" to these jokers and workers of unrighteousness. We can create parallel economies and a parallel culture. And, with the help of God, when the current system finally falls apart, we'll have something that will survive.
If the Supreme Court gives Brandon a green light, we still have to say no, and refuse to comply.
Solution (partial of course): along with a parallel economy, and culture, we probably have to face needing to start a parallel church.
But, before we go there, make one last attempt at getting Christians and conservatives to turn out. For elections, the lefties flood the low income areas with signs, booths, phone calls and door knockers. We have a scarcity of folks doing that, or going to poll watch at city precincts. It helps folks identify with them, and helps remove decision making from a policy and thoughtful endeavor.
In other words, without the input of a greater amount of energy by my side, I don't see a cultural or political transformation possible. We need 212 degrees of effort, and are somewhere below it. The prayers do seem to be from many, so that is good and essential.
Why aren't the folks at church flooding the school boards with protests or to run? They're busy with church activities in many cases, but the lefties in church find time to do these political things. So is it a battle worth fighting? To you and me, yes, but our brethren largely answer that as no.
So a solution also will involve turmoil, because things aren't changing if we can't get the church members involved, and to get them involved will take pointed and difficult conversations. We won't be getting help from the pastors and elders - they are often the ones that are hardest to move.
Here is an awesome article about masks - it would cause a real storm with folks I know. Your post from the South African was great, and similar.
A big part of the culture problem in our judicial system is that such a large percentage of the highest-ranking judges come from something like 4 law schools: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Chicago.
I believe Gorsuch was praised for being a new voice on the court because he was born in Colorado, but he grew up in Bethesda and is another Harvard product.
That's the definition of propaganda. It infiltrates people's mind as a reality, when the opposite is more truthful. Continue to speak and question, to break the spell. Check out Matthias Desmet.
By the way, I think they'll give Brandon a green that looks like a yellow light, and has some red light language.
ACB has already faced the Christian students from Indiana on this, so I don't see her blocking the mandate. Roberts won't.
One good thing would be id if ACB 2as the traitorous vote, maybe it would mean Trump is sunk in 2024 (another reason that the vote will be for thr mandate). I think they see that ACB is tied to Trump, and if she falls, then voters like me will know Trump's personnel ability is fatally degraded and will think poorly of him. Sessions, Wray, Fauci, Birx, Acosta, Pence, and DeVos. Too many failures, but ACB is a stink he won't be able to get rid of.

Aaron Siri should have argued our case.
I had the sense that half the people I follow on Twitter would've done a better job, alas.
